These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Bella Vista Adventure Co.’s outdoor activities and adventures. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following:
 

• Eligibility: Participants must meet age, health, and skill requirements for certain activities. Minors require guardian consent.

• Safety Compliance: Participants are required to follow safety instructions provided by guides to ensure a safe experience for everyone.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may incur fees.

• Liability: Adventure activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Bella Vista Adventure Co. and The Matthew Mark Foundation are not liable for injuries or accidents unless caused by negligence on our part.

• Code of Conduct: We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive or unsafe behavior.
